Makena Tate Influenced by the likes of Del Water Gap and Maggie Rogers, Makena Tate tastefully blends pop, indie, folk, and rock into an enchanting genre. Her dynamic vocals weave a spell over audiences, while her lyrics and melodies paint vivid stories, all beautifully unfolding in her live performances. With an album in the making, she is eager to share her new music in hopes of leaving a lasting imprint on listeners, and bring a community of people together who are passionate about the integrity of music.

 

Meghan discovered her love for singing through membership in an award-winning choir and as the lead singer of a pop rock band. Her voice became a dynamic instrument that complemented her instrumental skills, creating a harmonious fusion in her performances. Her diverse songbook spans across genres, seamlessly transitioning from country to singer/songwriter to pop, all infused with her distinctive acoustic vibe. Each rendition carries a personal touch, showcasing Meghan's unique musical interpretation. Currently pursuing her musical education at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Meghan is focusing on honing her guitar skills. Her academic journey is a stepping stone towards her envisioned music-centered career, where she aspires to contribute her passion and talent to the ever-evolving world of music.
