The Santa Barbara Jazz Society is excited to present the award winning Monday Madness Big Band on Sunday, March 13 from 1 to 4pm at SOhO Restaurant and Music Club. As most local jazz enthusiasts know, this amazing group is made up of local jazz musicians who just LOVE to get together and blow! Santa Barbara City College has other bands included in their class schedule, but this band’s personnel is made up of top adult professional players under the direction of Andrew Martinez. You can expect to hear some super, swinging jazz arraingments.
Admission to the event is $25 for Jazz Society members, $10 for professional jazz musicians and singers and full time students and $35 for non-members. Tickets are available only at the door and seating is limited, so please plan to arrive early. Doors open at 12:30.
